Our pricing is simple and straightforward: it’s based on the number of window panes (individual pieces of glass) in your home.
To get an accurate count, just take a walk around the outside of your house and count each individual pane. Don’t forget to include often-missed spots like bathroom, closet, or stairway windows!

Please Note:
Our pricing grid does not apply to French pane windows, storm windows, or jalousie windows. Additional charges may apply for features like storm window removal, double-pane glass, or removable grids.

Bonus!
All inside & outside cleanings include a complimentary wipe of your screens and window sills. This usually removes about 80–95% of surface dirt. Want a more detailed clean? Screen and sill detailing is available for an additional fee.

Please Note:
If your windows have paint, varnish, stain, tape, or other stubborn residues, there may be an additional charge for removal. While our estimators do their best to identify these issues in advance, some residues can be difficult to detect until the cleaning begins.
Rest assured—standard window cleaning includes the removal of everyday dirt, dust, and natural buildup. Any additional charges for stubborn residue will be discussed with you before proceeding.
